Tulum Real Estate - Maroma Beach

Tulum Real Estate – Maroma Beach

They would prefer a beachfront, all-inclusive resort which has easy access to scuba diving or snorkeling, cenotes and white-sand beaches. They will undertake the holiday at the end of April. They posted their query on renowned travel website, Tripadvisor.

They following were the responses to the query posted:

  • Most of the accommodations available in Tulum aren’t all inclusive resorts. Few of them can be found on the outskirts but basically the town has none.
  • Resorts do offer scuba excursions and also the dive shops can be contacted for the same.
  • Since cenotes are present all over the town, there shouldn’t be any problem in locating them.
  • The best beaches in the area are Maroma Beach and Xpu Ha. Secrets Maroma Beach is an all inclusive resort situated on Matoma. On Xpu Ha there is Catalonia Royal Tulum which is budget friendly.
  • Valentin Imperial Maya is another all inclusive option which offers great value.
  • Since these resorts are fairly remotely located one will have to be dependent on motorized transport such as taxi and collective.
  • For good on-site snorkeling the Barcelo Maya complex is a good place which also offers a fabulous beach.

A couple visiting Akumal wants to know whether it’s safe to leave non-valuables such as towels, the mesh bag for carrying fins + snorkel, shirt or cover-up, book etc on the public beaches in the area. They also want to know whether they will need water shoes to protect their feet as they walk into the ocean. They have put up their query on tripadvisor site.

They fellow travelers suggested that they shouldn’t worry at all as the beaches are frequented by families and people like the visiting couple. The chances of occurrence of any mis-happening are also rare. The public beach areas are pretty much safe and great place to hang around. And the sand is just so soft that shoes are not necessary for walking.
